Contact
Email hello@aihairstyler.app with your account email, your device (iPhone or Android), the app version (Profile › Settings), and a short description of the issue. We reply within two business days.
Credits and Purchases
For App Store or Google Play purchases, include the store, approximate purchase date, and credit package. Refunds may be handled by Apple or Google depending on where you purchased.
Generation Issues
If a look fails to generate, include the feature you used and the approximate time of the attempt. Do not send sensitive photos by email unless support specifically asks for a safe way to provide them.
Privacy and Deletion
Delete your account in the app under Profile › Settings › Delete account & data, or see the Data Deletion page. For privacy questions, see the Privacy Policy.
